Following the strengthening of steps to contain the Covid 19 virus in Delhi, the government has decided to implement a curfew on weekends. On Saturdays and Sundays, there is a curfew, according to Deputy Prime Minister Manish Sisodia. Sisodia informed the press that private workplaces are limited to 50 seats, and government personnel who do not provide essential services can work from home. From 10 p.m. on Friday to 5 a.m. on Monday, there is a curfew. Only transfers to the “Exemption Category” are permitted. Government officials, all healthcare employees, and pregnant women who offer fundamental services are all included in the “Exemption Category.”Local public transportation, which was previously only used 50% of the time, is now totally utilized.
This was done in order to avoid traffic jams outside of subway and bus stations. 50% of the workers will continue to work in private offices.
